Pa-ta-ta Festival celebrates its opening toast at Ruta del Veleta Restaurant
With a pleasant evening at Ruta del Veleta Restaurant, the Pa-ta-ta Festival team celebrated the start of the festival’s new edition on Tuesday, September 30, alongside partners and sponsors.
Miguel Pedraza, co-founder of the restaurant Ruta del Veleta, which will celebrate its 50th anniversary next February, joined Cecilio Puertas, co-director of Pa-ta-ta, in a speech that marked the start of this new edition of the festival after a hiatus of almost five years.

Cecilio gave attendees a glimpse of the various projects that conform this edition of the festival, as well as the exhibitions and workshops to be held over the coming week in Granada. With a focus on the bid for European Capital of Culture, which the city of Granada is currently working on, the close ties with the neighbourhoods of the various districts and the municipalities of the province were at the heart of the discussions.
On this memorable evening, good taste and the shared excitement of kicking off this new edition of the festival together were the order of the day!
