The Visionados de Sobremesa (After-lunch Portfolio Reviews) are a space for encounter, dialogue and professional guidance promoted by Pa-ta-ta Festival with the aim of supporting the circulation and development of photography projects.

These screenings are way more than just portfolio reviews. Here, we understand photography as a shared practice. In a friendly and informal setting, photographers show their work before a panel of field professionals who can provide constructive feedback, guidance, and potential avenues for development for each project.

The programme brings together festival directors, cultural centres, dissemination platforms, publishers, and other cultural operators committed to contemporary photography who work far from major cultural production centres.

Together, they form a collaborative network that is dedicated to decentralising the circulation of photography and promoting new opportunities for projects in a variety of contexts.

The goal is not merely to evaluate the participating works, but also to facilitate encounters, collaborations, and shared journeys for the selected artworks.

As part of this process, the cultural operators will collectively select a winning project to participate in a touring circuit developed within their respective spaces and lines of work.
